Full fees are due three weeks prior to the start date of the course. If the balance of fees is not received at this time, Language Link reserve the right to accept another suitable applicant and return your deposit, if the course is over subscribed.

Cancellations
If a cancellation is received in writing three weeks or more prior to the start date of the course, there will be a full refund of fees paid.

Less than three weeks prior to the start date, requests for refunds will only be considered if we are able to fill the place at short notice.  If we are able to fill the place, there will be a refund of fees paid less an administration charge of £200.

After a course has commenced, fees or any part thereof are non-refundable and non-transferable.  We would therefore advise you to take out insurance in case of illness.  Classes missed cannot be credited.
