Terms and Conditions

(Accommodation)

1. Host family and student residence accommodation prices are for 7 nights from Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday.

2. Accommodation MUST be booked early, especially for summer courses. A second choice MUST be given, in case the first is not available.

3. All twin accommodation is only booked for 2 students arriving together with the same booking dates, student residences excepted.

4. Your accommodation dates will be sent as quickly as possible. If you have any concerns please contact the school office.

5. Accommodation will only be arranged on receipt of a minimum non-refundable deposit of £140 (includes £40 finder's fee).

6. If you cancel accommodation more than 7 days before arrival we will refund any accommodation fees paid less deposit.

7. If you cancel accommodation less than 7 days before arrival we will retain 14 days accommodation fee.

8. If you wish to change or cancel your accommodation after arrival, a minimum of 7 days notice in writing or 7 days payment in lieu of notice is required.

9. When arranging student accommodation Language Link is acting in good faith and as the supplier’s agent. We do not accept any responsibility for the acts/defaults of third parties.

10. There is generally no use of the kitchen for students in homestay accommodation.

11. The maximum booking length in all accommodation is 4 weeks. We are happy to extend your accommodation stay if required, after your arrival in London.
