(Accommodation)

1. Students must be 16 years or above. 2. Accommodation prices are for 1 week from Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday, except hotels. 3. Accommodation should be booked as early as possible, especially in summer when demand is high. A second choice must be given, in case the first is not available. 4. All twin accommodation is only booked for 2 students arriving together with the same booking dates, student hostels excepted. 5. Language Link School of English acts in good faith, and in arranging student accommodation, Language Link is acting as the supplier’s agent. We do not accept any responsibility for the acts/defaults of third parties. 6. Accommodation will only be arranged if a minimum deposit of £130 is received. 7. Your accommodation address will be sent as quickly as possible. Do not worry if you do not receive it immediately. 8. To change or cancel accommodation after arrival, a minimum of 1 week’s notice is required in writing. One week’s payment in lieu of notice is also accepted. 9. If you cancel accommodation more than 7 days before arrival, and are not in the UK we will refund any accommodation fees paid less deposit. 10. If you cancel less than 7 days we will retain two weeks accommodation fee. |
