* Teamwork, interpersonal communication and social skills

Results
The exchange of information helped trainers to discover new approaches to foreign language teaching. Direct contact with European teaching methods was an important criterion for the beneficiaries of the project in the acquisition of general language and skill competences, particularly in a social context. Knowledge gained will enable all participants to make better-informed decisions in varying life situations, to move in local and global markets and to use technological tools.
