It is most suitable for students who have studied/worked or are planning on studying/working in a specific area of business.  The internship is unpaid, but the experience invaluable.

Language Link is a member of Work Experience UK (a division of English UK)

How long is the placement for?

Standard placements are for up to 4 months but we can arrange shorter or longer terms if required.

What about my level of English?

You must have at least an Intermediate level of English language.  We will ask you to take a Language Link test to confirm this.  If your level is lower than Intermediate, we may still be able to offer you an internship, but the work will be less skilled (e.g. basic bar work, kitchen porter, housekeeping work).
